About Us
The White Horse Station is a 9,700-square-foot building. The storefront is broken into three 30’x70’ "bays." Most of the space in the building is for lease.
According to Ollie Evinger, owner and head of restoration, she hopes to include an artists’ co-op area with studio in one bay and the third area is still open for ideas.
"I would like to have it offer items that are currently not available in the area," said Evinger.
"We want to preserve the heritage that is here in Clifton and this is the people’s building," said Evinger. "I’ve had several people visit during our renovations and reminisce about the different merchants that have been in the building over the years."
The back portion of the building houses two residential apartments which are in the last stages of construction. The old archways in the back of the building that had been covered, have been uncovered and renewed to offer unique entrances to the apartments. They will offer residents living areas both on the street level and with a loft in both units. Please contact Ollie for information about the apartments.
The White Horse Station has been mentioned numerous times in The Clifton Record.
